I was greeted cordially and at no time were there any high pressure tactics. I have dealt with this dealer for many years and have found an ongoing level of professionalism. David answered all questions & was genuinely concerned regarding my needs.

I bought a pre-owned Nissan Rogue from this dealership a few years ago. They were the most wonderful, patient and knowledgeable sales people I have ever worked with. Since then I have been bringing my Rogue back to have services done etc. Everyone on the service team from Jeff the service manager to Don, Kylie and Christina at the rental desk to the guys who for greet me at the desk/door and especially the guys who do the work on my car who I'm sorry I do not know by name have been outstanding. My brother leased a car with them years ago, same experience. I am now looking for a first car for my teenage daughter next year and Bruce Bennet is definitely where I will go. Wonderful people. **They have a sales dog in the show room too who totally seals the deals as well I'm sure. What a good boy!) seriously check them out!

I was having problems with my Rogue's A/C and brought it to Bruce Bennet Nissan. They were able to squeeze my car in on Friday afternoon before they closed and gave me a complimentary rental so it wouldn't disrupt my weekend or any appointments I had already scheduled. Kylie Eckert helped me with the rental portion, explained everything fully, put me in a nice, comfy rental and was very efficient. Bob Furman was my service advisor; he quoted an estimated price up front and said he would call if anything changed and keep me updated. I checked back in with them on Monday and was quickly called back since Bob was busy with another customer. I was told that my car seemed to be working fine after several A/C performance checks and they could not find a problem. I ended up paying ZERO - I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism - they could have put all kind of bs fees or faked a fix and I wouldn't have known. Most places will charge you just to look at the car; I will definitely be going back to Bruce Bennett and recommend their service dept. in the future!
