Recently, my car was involved in a hit and run. It ended up being totaled, so I had to find a "new" car FAST! A woman I work with recommended going to Bruce Bennett Nissan in Wilton, so it was the first stop I made in my search for a car that would fit my family's needs. I went there wanting one particular model car, but it ended up not being a good fit for my growing teenage son and 8 year old daughter. Kerri Link suggested trying out another model and we all fell in love with it. It was spacious, comfortable, and had more bells and whistles in it than I ever imagined I'd be able to afford. I couldn't wait to pick it up! When I was finally able to, a week later when the insurance check came in, Kerri spent more than an hour with me going through each of the functions of the car, which I had no knowledge of since I hadn't had to buy a car since 2003. She was thorough, funny, and very patient with me, answering all of my questions and helping me set up the car so that it worked for me and my family. I had difficulty ascertaining whether I was at a car dealer or with the diplomatic corps. They were most professional, polite, efficient - and many more positive attributes. No one tried to impose a sale. They left it to my discretion.
What makes a car purchase even more rewarding is not only the quality of the car, but the experience of doing the transaction with respectful and respecting people.

liam, the sales man came recommended , I had been to a few other dealships before, at bruce bennett nissan,Liam was friendly ,pleasurable and not pushy! He walked me through ever detail . He made my car buying experiance completly comfortable. When it came down to discussing the payment options christine was amazing!! She was so friendly and personable:) I will highly recommend this dealership in the future!!

This is the third car I bought at this dealership since 2009. I had other choices, but I think the deal (a new Nissan Versa) was excellent, the car is unbelievable for the price, the salesman (Sebastian Merino) worked as hard as anybody to sell me the car (I was just looking to kill time and ended up trading my car in for a new one). Rich Grassi gave me a fair trade in and Christina is not only pretty and funny, but she is super efficient, fast, knowledgeable and tries to please the customer. She is just a great asset to the dealership. In addition, Bob Furman and Al Hubbard in service are terrific.

I plan to buy my next cars here if Nissan continues to make quality autos.

Have been a customer for over 10 years. Have purchased a GT-R,a 370 Z NISMO, a Titan crew cab truck and and Armada SUV all from this dealership. I buy the Nissan product because of the Bruce Bennett dealership. The attention you get after the sale is second to none in the industry. Everyone at the dealership has gone out of their way to be sure I have always been a satisfied customer. Every business in today's economy should be run with the attention to customer satisfaction you get from Bruce Bennett Nissan.

I'm 44 and have owned many different makes and model cars and dealt with many car dealerships, never once have I ever dealt with a dealership such as yours! It runs to perfection: the staff is impeccable with the professionalism and laser focus on treating the customer with 110% commitment, service and follow through! My whole life has been in marketing and sales! You guys are real lucky or management knows how to hire the right people! I can already say its not luck because the managers and service staff are also extremely attentive, patient, and personable! I bought 2 cars from you guys and just love them! I wish I discovered Nissan earlier. Although my car is an Infinity, it's the best vehicle I've ever driven, over BMW, VW, Ford, and Chrysler! You've turned me into a loyal Bennett customer!  
I'd also like to mention that the two sales reps that I have dealt with since discovering Bennett Nissan, Liam and Hector are simply Awesome sales professionals! Two guys who I can completely trust. They are both sincere and genuine guys. After I bought my infinity, Liam referred me to a wonderful shop called RDZ300 Motor Sports. This shop specializes in aftermarket modifications with the focus on Nissans and Infinities. I'm having the owners Scott and Rich modify my Infinity. When it's complete, I'll stop by and show it off!

Bruce Bennett is a dealership I would recommend to anyone. Our experience was a pleasure. Our sales consultant, Sebastian Merino, was very professional and showed much consideration and warmth for our needs. We came into the dealership as strangers and felt we left as family. He reassured us that we could contact him with any needs we might have. We are very happy with our decision in purchasing the Rogue
and hope to do business in the future. We wish Sebastian the best of luck. With his professionalism and knowledge we are sure he will make many people as happy as we are.

When I came in looking to buy a new Juke, sales associate Eric Mansi was very straightforward with base price, fees, title transfers, etc. I had done my homework and knew what options I wanted. We quickly agreed on a price. The appraiser gave me what I'd hoped for, for my trade-in. And when it was taking a few days to find the Juke that I wanted, owner Bruce Bennett offered me $500 more for my trade-in, as a courtesy. EVERYONE at the dealership, from the sales manager, Anthony, to Christina in financing....was really on top of things. They returned calls. They initiated calls. When they finally found my Juke, in Maryland....they said that they would not just get it and drive it back to Connecticut. They sent a flatbed truck and my car had just 11 miles on it, at delivery. When I said I'd had my own financing lined up, they found me a better rate, by far. I wanted to build a relationship with a dealer when looking for a new car, and from this experience, I am certainly looking forward to working with this dealership. The owner takes time to chat with you. He's involved in the community, and when I asked his employees how they liked working there, they --all-- had positive responses. This is a great place to go look for a car....and to buy one, too.
